Bookings made by our users via our website ("Website") are governed by the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") described below. Booking services ("Service(s)") via www.hotelhaciendadeabajo.com implies the user's full and unreserved acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not cover the booking of our services by third parties other than the Website.

The price indicated at all times next to our services includes additional taxes. If there is a misprint in any of the prices shown and if you have booked on the basis of this error, we will notify you of this incident immediately and you will have the right to cancel your booking at no cost whatsoever.
4. Payments
At the time of booking and confirmation, you must provide your credit card details as a guarantee. Your booking will be fully guaranteed when you receive confirmation by email.
Standard rate The total amount of the booking will be charged upon arrival.
The hotel may pre-authorise your credit card to ensure that it is valid. If the card is not valid, the booking will be cancelled once 48 hours have elapsed.
Non-refundable rate
With this special rate, the total amount of the stay may be charged at any time to the credit card provided. In the event of cancellation, this amount will not be refunded.
5. Cancellation
The booking may be cancelled up to 48 hours before check-in.
If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance or in the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to two nights.
Non-refundable rate
This rate does not allow modifications or cancellations.

We recommend taking out a good travel insurance policy that covers incidents such as medical attention, lost luggage, etc.
7. Passport and Visas
All guests (children included) must have their personal and family documents in order, whether passport or ID card, according to the laws of the country or countries visited. Guests will also be required to have all their relevant travel documents in order, such as visas, passports and vaccination certificates. If they are denied entry to Spain for not having the required documents, or for having problems with the required documents, or for not being the titleholder of said documents, HACIENDA DE ABAJO, S. L. disclaims all liability, with the guest being liable for any expenses which may arise in such cases. All guests, and especially non-EU guests, are also reminded that they before starting their trip they must make sure that they have complied with all applicable visa rules and requirements in order to enter the countries which they wish to visit. Under-18s must have written permission signed by their parents or guardians in case it is required by any authority.
