HOTEL BOOKING CONDITIONS  

Reservations made by our users through our website (""Website"") are governed by the conditions (""The Conditions"") described below. The booking of services (""Service"") through www.hotelhaciendadeabajo.com implies full and unreserved acceptance by the user of the following conditions. These Terms do not cover the booking of our services by third parties outside the Website.
 Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking on our Website. If you do not accept these Conditions, you will not be able to make a booking.

1. Possibility of modifying these conditions and the commercial offer 

HACIENDA DE ABAJO, S.L. may modify at any time the conditions or offers published on its website (prices, products, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions). However, under no circumstances will these modifications affect bookings already made by our users.
  

2. How can I book on the website? 

The booking of our services by the user is made and perfected by following the booking procedure described in this section. By booking our services, you accept that communications with HACIENDA DE ABAJO, S.L. will be mainly by electronic means.

To proceed to make a reservation on our website, all you have to do is follow the steps below:
 
 In order to make a reservation, the user must first select the date, number of rooms, people and the promotional code if available.
 Once the search has been carried out, the desired room is selected.
 The next step is to complete a form with the personal details of the user making the reservation, including credit card details.
 To complete the booking with HACIENDA DE ABAJO, S.L. you must accept the booking conditions, the legal notice, the privacy policy and our cookies policy.
 The booking will be confirmed when the user receives the confirmation, which will show in detail the services that the user has booked. This confirmation must be handed over on arrival at the hotel.
 

3. Price of the services.  

The price indicated at all times next to our services includes added taxes. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and if any user has made a purchase decision based on this error, we will inform the user immediately of this incident and the user will have the right to cancel their reservation without any cost on their part.
  

4. Payments 

At the time of booking and for its confirmation, the user must provide credit card details. A deposit of the full amount of the booking is required to guarantee any chosen rate.  

In case of invalid credit card, the booking will be cancelled after 48h.  

With the special "Non-refundable” rate, the deposit charged to the credit card will not be refunded in case of cancellation.  

  

5. Cancellation 

Depending on the chosen rate, the reservation may be cancelled before the arrival date, or it may not.   

In case of “no-show” on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to two nights.  

Rate up to 7 days  

Must be cancelled before 12 PM local time 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid a 100% charge of the full stay. 

Rate up to 14 days  

Must be cancelled by 12 PM local time 14 days prior to arrival date to avoid 100% charge of the full stay. 

Non-refundable rate  

This rate does not allow changes or cancellations. 

  

6. Travel Insurance 

We recommend that you make sure you have a good travel insurance policy that adequately covers incidents such as: medical visits, loss of luggage, etc.
  

7. Passports and Visas 

All users, without exception (including children), must have their personal and family documentation in order, whether passport or ID card, according to the laws of the country or countries visited. It will be at the expense of the users when the trips so require, to obtain visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. In the event that the granting of visas is refused by any authority, for particular reasons of the user, or the user is refused entry into the country due to a lack of the requirements demanded, or due to a defect in the documentation required, or for not being the bearer of the same, the accommodation provider declines all responsibility for events of this nature, with any expenses arising being borne by the consumer, and in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for cases of voluntary withdrawal of services shall be applied. All users, and especially non-EU users, are also reminded that they must ensure, before starting their journey, that they have complied with all applicable visa regulations and requirements in order to be able to enter all countries to be visited without any problems. Minors under 18 years of age must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that this may be requested by any authority.

In compliance with the obligation to inform consumers established in Art. 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 on Online Dispute Resolution in Consumer Affairs HACIENDA DE ABAJO, S.L. informs you that the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform available at the following link: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=EN and where you can put your claims to try to reach an out-of-court settlement, if you live in the EU.
  

11. Applicable law and competent courts 

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our Website and any disputes or claims arising therefrom or relating to their subject matter or conclusion (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by Spanish law.

The user waives his/her own jurisdiction and expressly submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of S/C de Tenerife.
