El Sitio, with exceptional views of the Atlantic Ocean, is the main restaurant of Hotel Hacienda de Abajo. Under the guidance of the renowned chef José Alberto Díaz, you can savour an exceptional gastronomy, with dishes prepared daily, using fresh, quality, local produce. Among them you will find traditional Canarian cuisine with influences from the most innovative international cuisine.
La Salita restaurant, located on the ground floor of the hotel, is a more informal and casual alternative. Its gastronomic offer is based on various quality proposals in tapas format, tasty, original, fun and with a unique presentation. The best thing? Its outdoor terrace with Balinese umbrellas, a space that invites you to disconnect while you enjoy one of our cocktails.
If you want to take a break, having lunch or a snack on one of our sun loungers by the pool, the Pool Cocktail Bar is the perfect alternative for you. With a varied and complete menu of cocktails and snacks, here you can enjoy the peace and quiet while tasting some of our proposals.
The best place at Hotel Hacienda de Abajo to dine while enjoying the incomparable spectacle of the sunset is the Mirador El Sitio. It is located in the tower of the old hacienda and is presided over by a 19th century table made of marble and semi-precious stones, as well as an impressive iron chandelier.
